Dock and Punch Update09/01/2011 Six docks have been installed along with the associated lift piles. Piles have to be cut off and capped, and the decking has to be trimmed on 3 of the docks. The floating common dock has been delivered to the vacant lot and assembled. It will be floated over to the job site this week. 8 out of the 16 dock boxes have been installed. 8 water lines, hose bibs and hose holders have been installed on 4 docks. There will be 9 more to be installed in the coming weeks. It's looking like the docks will finish on schedule in 3 weeks. Remaining punch work on the houses is minimal. All have been inspected, addressed, and will be reinspected next week. |

Punch Work Ongoing08/12/2011 Punch work continues on all 12 houses. Initial review has been completed and will be reinspected after the punch work is finished. This means we are addressing minor issues that are typical during construction, will be completed in August. The additional landscaping that was ordered has been delivered and installed. This consisted of more trees along Gulf Shore Blvd. and in the backyards of those 6 homes abutting the street. Construction continues on the docks, as the 4 south finger docks have been installed. Work has shifted to the north 4 finger docks where Garland has begun to drive piles into the seabed. Dock construction should conclude in about a months' time. Accessories have been finished in our 2nd model, Villa Napoli. This included beams in the kitchen ceiling, an office desk, wall-to-wall mirror and light fixtures in master bathroom, and a TV mounted on the fireplace stone in the living room.

August 2011 Update07/29/2011 Garland will be finished on the South dock piles today. All together, 56 piles were installed in Hurricane Harbor for the 4 South-end finger docks. The planks will begin to be installed next week. Overall, the docks remain on schedule to be finished mid-September 2011. Throughout the community, BCB has begun punch out work on all the homes. This will be an ongoing matter and be finished in August. After review, additional landscaping has been ordered to provide even more privacy along Gulf Shore Blvd. This should be completed in the next two weeks. Certificates of Occupancy have been issued for both model homes, meaning future homeowners could move in immediately! In addition, the model homes have received FGBC Green Home Certification. Please feel free to visit the community - drive and park on site, explore the model homes and shells to gain the full luxury lifestyle Casamore offers. |

Construction Finished07/18/2011 The Villa Napoli model has been furnished and is open to daily viewing along with the Casa Bella Vita model. Construction on the development is now completed! All 12 houses can be accessed with our realtor team. Visitors can now drive into the community and park. We offer 2 fully furnished models, 1 designer ready model, and 9 shells. Site landscaping has also been finished. Garland and Garland began construction on the docks last week. It is estimated that it will take 60 days to complete 8 finger docks, creating 16 boat slips and a common floating dock. The entranceway water fountains are now operational. |

Villa Napoli to open this weekend!06/27/2011 In Model 5B, hardwood floors, carpet, countertops, elevator, light fixtures have been installed. Appliances will be delivered and installed tomorrow. Interior railings are going in today. Plumbing is ongoing and will be finished Tuesday. Furniture is scheduled to be delivered June 28th. Around the site, all backyards have been completed. Landscaping along Gulf Shore Blvd. is done. The water fountains are filled and will be operational this week. All 12 homes are now open to the public. The 2nd model home, Villa Napoli, will be hosting open house events this weekend July 2-3. Construction on the docks will begin after the holiday weekend.

Goodbye Construction Fence!06/03/2011 On Thursday, the construction fence was removed from the Casamore job site, marking the first time there are unhindered views from Gulf Shore Blvd. since piling began in March 2010. A sidewalk has been constructed in front of the property for the public. In the backyards of houses abutting the street, planting, mulching, and the installation of pool fences continues. This will ensure maximum privacy and noise reduction. The install of pavers in the entranceway and inside the community has been completed. Street lighting and electrical work are nearly completed. In Model 5B, shower tiling and balcony tiling are ongoing and will be finished next week. Wood flooring will be installed starting Tuesday of next week as well. The majority of materials have been delivered to the site, which means furniture install is scheduled between June 23rd and 27th. This would put the model on schedule to be ready for the busy 4th of July weekend. Dock construction is still scheduled to begin June 27th, maybe sooner. |

Construction Update05/27/2011 Due to a delay of materials delivered, Model 5B is looking at a more realistic finish date of June 27, 2011. The interiors have been painted, all cabinetry and the living room built-in have been installed, and the bathroom shower tiling is ongoing. Next week the flooring will be prepped for installation, exterior balconies will be tiled and exterior railings will be installed. Another delay that was not forecasted is the dock construction. Garland & Garland will now begin the last week in June 2011 and it will last between 45 and 60 days. Around the site, the pavers in the entranceway are nearly finished, which would complete that aspect of the project. The water fountains in the entranceway are and will be under construction for the next 2 weeks. Landscaping is also near completion, with minor planting and mulching to continue along Gulf Shore Blvd. Punch-out on landscaping should last thru mid-June. The installation of exterior railings and pool fencing will continue for at least 2 more weeks. Rooftop deck spiral staircases have been installed on Houses 11 and 12. The site wall has been completed. All of the shell homes have been finished and are now in the punch-out phase as well. This process is expected to continue into June. |

Major Operations Winding Down05/06/2011 In Model 5B, all trim work has been completed. The flooring, countertops, living room built-in, and tiles have been delivered to site and will begin to be installed next week. This model will be completed and fully furnished by the first week in June. Around the site, the pavers continue to be installed on the South end of the project. This ongoing process will conclude the week of May 16th, as the final pavers will be laid down in the entranceway to Casamore. Backyard fences and grass have been installed on Houses 1 thru 9. Major landscaping has been completed and minor planting will continue until the end of May. Exterior railings have been installed on Houses 1 thru 4 and 6 thru 8. The spiral staircases for rooftop decks on Houses 1 and 2 have been installed while the other spiral staircases on the ground level by the pool have been put in on Houses 5, 7, and 8. The entranceway trellises continue to be built with the water fountains to follow afterwards. Major work on the docks will begin in the next few weeks. |

Casamore Construction Continues...04/15/2011 In Model 5B, all cabinetry in kitchen and bathrooms have been installed. Flooring, trim/millwork will begin end of next week. The tile in the showers will begin next week as well. This furnished model, decorated by Godfrey Design, will be finished by the end of May. The boardwalk along Hurricane Harbor has been completed. The docks are next to be installed; they will begin May 1st and should be completed within 45 days. This will consist of 8 finger docks, creating 16 boat slips at 40ft length, with a common floating dock in the middle that is 20' by 24'. Major landscaping throughout the entire site will be completed next week. The street pavers have been installed on the North end of site, and will begin on the Entrance and South end of site next week. Fifty percent of the site wall has been completed. Pools 1 thru 9 have finished and filled with water; pools 10 thru 12 will follow next week. Exterior railings, shutters, and pool fences will continue to be delivered and installed in the coming weeks. Work continues on the entranceway trellises and water features; the trellises in the entranceway and common areas should be in place by end of next week. All major site work will be completed by May 15, 2011. |

Casa Bella Vita Model to Open April 2, 201103/25/2011 In the Casa Bella Vita model, the following activities have been completed and installed: hardwood flooring, carpeting, countertops, appliances, wall papering, railings, outdoor kitchen, and the pool has been filled. Additionally, the lighting fixtures and furniture have been delivered and will continue to be installed thru next week. The electricity has been turned on as well. Major landscaping has been completed on the North end of the site, with grass, hedges, and other minor planting to begin over the weekend. The street pavers have been laid and will be finished on the North end of the site early next week. The boardwalk on Hurricane Harbor has been completed on the North end of the site and will continue to be installed on the South end for the next two weeks. Houses 10, 11, and 12 have been painted and the scaffolding will be completely removed from the site mid next week. Dock construction has been scheduled to commence in late April 2011. |

Casa Bella Vita Model to Debut Soon!03/11/2011 In the Casa Bella Vita model, set to debut to the public April 2, 2011, all trim and millwork has been completed. The majority of countertops have been installed and will be finished next week. All of the interior rooms have been painted. Electric and plumbing trim is ongoing and is scheduled to be finished next week. The elevator has been installed. The appliances, flooring, and stair railings will be installed next week as well. Drywall has been completed in Houses 2 and 5. Additional landscaping continued on the North end of the site. The retaining wall has been completed and the construction of the boardwalk will begin next week, to be followed by the docks construction. Pool tiling, coping, and pavers will continue to be installed for Houses 1 thru 3 and 4 thru 6. Entry and garage doors are being installed on Houses 1 thru 6, and will be finished next week. The site wall will continue to be constructed over the next few weeks. Lastly, the new sales center will reopen early next week in House #1, parking available to the public. |

Casamore Construction Update02/25/2011 The “Casa Bella Vita” model remains on schedule for a Certificate of Occupancy date in the third week of March 2011. Cabinetry has been delivered and continues to be installed in the kitchen, clubroom, and all bathrooms. The trim/millwork is ongoing throughout the model, while all of the interior doors have been installed. The pool tiling has been completed for the model and the installation of countertops will begin next week. In regards to Model 5 and designer-ready Model 2, inspections have been completed and the hanging of the drywall has started. The exterior of House 9 has been painted. Houses 10, 11, and 12 are in an ongoing stucco process. The roof slates have been installed on Houses 7 thru 12. Other ongoing matters include the construction of the project site wall, installation of garage doors, the planting of Royal Palms and other landscaping. The retaining wall continues to progress, as it is nearly 80% complete. Plans for the docks and beach walk have been finalized and remain on target to be finished by the end of the project. |

Lots of Action at Casamore!02/18/2011 There has been plenty of action taking place on the Casamore worksite. Construction continues to stay on schedule, especially on the North end of the site (Houses 1 thru 6.) Significant progress has been made on Model 4, where the drywall has been finished and cabinetry will be installed beginning next week. The pool tiling for Model 4 home has begun as well. Drywall will begin next week on Model 5. Major construction on the North Shell homes has been completed. The South end (Houses 7-12) are progressing quite well, as Houses 7 and 8 have been painted and the scaffolding is being removed. On the eastern side of the site, the retaining wall is nearly 50% complete already, and the construction of the boardwalk will follow right behind. Landscape planting started this week, and will gradually increase as the project end date gets near. |

Update on Model 4C02/04/2011 For Model 4C, BCB has held rough-in inspections and begun to hang the drywall and insulate the interior walls. Model 5B has finished the rough-ins, held rough-in inspections, and will begin to insulate and hang drywall early next week. The rest of the site is progressing well; pile driving has been completed for pools 10-12 and 1-3 in addition to the site wall piles. Pool construction is ongoing for houses 10 and 11. Houses 1 through 6 have been painted and the scaffolding has been removed for those respective houses. Houses 7 through 9 have been stuccoed. Window installation is ongoing for Houses 10 through 12. The propane gas tanks were inserted into the ground on the North end of the site. Construction of the North stone site wall has begun. Also, construction has started on the retaining wall and boardwalk that will abut Hurricane Harbor. |
